Group HR Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join the Bennie team. This is a generalist HR role covering support and advice to management on a range of day to day operational HR issues, policies and procedures, as well as project related work. 

You will be the initial point of contact for all HR activity within the Group of 150 employees. The ideal candidate will ensure HR processes are followed in line with Company policy and be able to manage their time effectively by balancing day to day administrative HR tasks alongside HR projects.

Skills required:

  • CIPD level 3 or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a challenging and varied workload

Bennie Equipment

Field Forklift Engineer 

We are looking to recruit a Field Forklift Engineer to cover the East Midlands with occasional travel to other regions. You should have at least one years’ experience as a forklift engineer, the successful candidate will have a very good back up support function but must also be capable of working well on their own. They must also be someone with high standards of workmanship & be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner when on our customers sites.

The successful candidate should be conscious that they are representing Bennie Equipment.
