As the head office for our trading businesses, we are located in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire. We provide services centrally for our businesses in Finance, Operations & Marketing. Working Hours:

Monday – Friday between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 – 40 hours a week.

Job Role/Description

This role will be working in the Group Marketing team in a dynamic and fast-moving department which manages, supports and executes BENNIE’s strategic marketing requirements. Focusing on supporting all on and offline marketing channels across diverse businesses, the role will be involved in all areas of the communication mix, specialising in the implementation of digital including web and social media, alongside events, comms, graphic design and analytics-based marketing activity.

Responsibilities

  • Events planning and administrative support.
  • Graphic design support for brochures, flyers, signage, branded material.
  • Assist in the production of all Group editorial, case studies, blogs and PR.
  • Social Media support – Work both internally and with freelance support to produce engaging social content across existing brands. Monitor and engage with audiences, responding to comments and track trending topics.
  • Source and edit content, images and videos for social and website posts.
  • Website development – Responsible for amending and developing all Group websites, including retail brand and ecommerce websites. Regular updates to content to be implemented adhoc across year.
  • Digital advertisement implementation – Assist in the operation of all digital marketing paid campaigns across AdWords and boosted social posts.
  • Responsible for following digital trends and generating content accordingly. Update Content plan in line with trends.
  • Email marketing – Responsible for producing and reporting on email campaigns across the Group. Proactively working with Group businesses to identify and action routine opportunities.
  • Assist with reporting across digital channels.
  • Ordering of all print material, including resourcing suppliers.
  • Work with Marketing Admin to produce engaging content in line with diverse content plans.

In addition, supporting with:

  • Applying and upholding brand guidelines and application.
  • Marketing / projects budget management.
  • Raising Purchase Orders as required.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing strategies and budgeting.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly activity & metrics reports.

The above list of responsibilities is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post. As well as other duties relevant to your experience.

Competencies

  • Event planning & organisation.
  • Strong IT skills, working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication, creative writing and English skills.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Experience working with Adobe software; Photoshop, Premier Pro, Acrobat, and InDesign.
  • Experience of web page management, ecommerce websites desirable.
  • Good time management and adaptability enabling you to work on multiple and diverse projects at any one time.
  • Minimum 2/3 years’ experience in a marketing role is required.
  • Qualified Apprentice or Graduate in a relevant field.
