For the first time in over a decade, Bennie tippers are now back on the road!
We have invested in two brand new Scania XT P410 tippers to support Group operations amongst our construction, quarrying and soil processing businesses. This quarter of a million-pound investment in haulage equipment forms part of a wider strategy to greatly enhance our Group’s operations, supporting the continued growth of our businesses through unprecedented customer demand.
Bennie has a long running relationship with Scania and dealer Truck East dating back decades when Bennie used to run in excess of 50 tippers across Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties. This is a relationship built on proven reliability and an exceptional level of customer service.
While the tippers will predominantly be used for Group operations, they will also be available for hire to our customers.
The Scania XT range are robust powerhouses that have been built to take on the toughest challenges, withstanding harsh surroundings to secure uptime and boost productivity. This was a key consideration for us when looking for reliable tipper machines to operate across diverse locations and materials. This reliability is paramount to delivering the best value to our customers, making the Scania XT machines the obvious choice for our needs.
Matthew Ayres (Group MD) comments: ‘I’m thrilled with the new additions to the growing Bennie fleet. These tippers will serve our Group operations well as we continue to invest heavily in our resources to meet growing customer demand. After growing up with a fleet of lorries it is great to once again see BENNIE tippers on the roads as we build on a legacy that spans decades. Watch this space for more news in the future.’
